Oysters are one of the things I enjoy eating. Whether they’re raw, grilled, fried, nothing beats fresh oysters. Hinigaran in the Visayas region of the Philippines is home to some of the area’s freshest oysters. Right under the town’s bridge lays an oyster plantation.
