Recchiuti Chocolate, Anyone?
Recchiuti Confections, ran by Michael Recchiuti, is a San Francisco based company that specializes in confections ranging from bittersweet bites of chocolate to cloud-soft like marshmallows. They have teamed up with Foodbuzz to send out decadent samples of their latest chocolate creation.
Behold, the Asphalt Jungle Mix. Inside this little elegant box is a sampling of Burnt Caramel Almonds and Hazelnuts, Cherries Two Ways, and Peanut Butter Pearls.
In a way, the Asphalt Jungle Mix is Recchiuti’s sampler pack of their latest line-up of creations. All of what’s packed inside is available individually. Having a mix of different Recchiuti chocolate confections in this box will help you discover your favorites and become more acquainted with the company. Everything in the Asphalt Jungle Mix is amazingly rich in deep flavors cocoa, yet each has their own characteristics.
You have the flavors of rich dark chocolate blended with tangy cherries to jab your taste buds with the Cherries Two Ways. Next, the Peanut Butter Pearls offer a just a slight salty touch to the mix. For a little bit of crunch, you have the hazelnuts and almonds. Texture and flavor wise, you’re getting something that is different with each nibble you take.
