Fried Ice Cream. Whaaat?

We had a unique dessert at Banana Leaf in Milpitas, CA. It was fried ice cream with fried bananas. You would never think you could fry ice cream, right? It was very delicious and an awesome twist to end any meal. Everytime I tell someone I’ve had fried ice cream, the puzzled look on their faces always makes me smirk.
