I’m debating if I should give the rotisserie chicken a try the next time I see a truck. I remember seeing plenty of customers go for one.

I’ve had Roli Roti twice since finding out about it on EatingAsia. Their pork is soooo good!

Roli Roti trucks are at farmer’s markets all over the Bay Area but only the one at the Ferry Building (and I think Daly City) sells porchetta. You could call or email them to find out if they’re going to be selling porchetta anywhere else.
