Summer has hit and you know what that means. It gives you a perfect opportunity to go check out the beach. It’s true you can go wave watching in various places in the Bay Area, but why not add a little bit more fun into your beach experience? We’re talking about a trip to Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk.
Not only do you get to stroll around and get glimpses of Santa Cruz Beach, you’ll get to take part in the fun that the Boardwalk offers. Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk offers activities that you would find at amusement parks. You will be able to take part in playing carnival type games for prizes or even ride on their signature rollercoaster, The Giant Dipper.
The best part is that there is no entrance fee. You can stroll around the Boardwalk at no charge. The only time you’ll pay for anything is if you’re going to take part in activities such as playing games or riding the rides. You have to purchase tickets for the rides. Each ride varies in ticket count. A bracelet can be purchased that will allow you to ride all of the rides without buying tickets. This is more convenient that having to buy tickets each time you want to go on a ride.
The activity to do doesn’t stop there. If you want to go bowl, there’s a bowling alley. Miniature golf? They have that too. Laser tag? Check. How about arcade games? They have plenty of those. Want to collect tickets for prizes? You can play a lot of games that offer that here. Other than that, you can find various shops scattered around the Boardwalk that sell things from beachwear to candy.
It’s a spot for dates because…
You’ll bring in the fun of the beach with plenty of other great activities to take part in.
