My New Favorite Find at Trader Joe’s
I love Trader Joe’s. There’s so much great food to find. I found my new favorite frozen food that I want to share with you all.
Tarte Alsace. It’s a flatbread tart that is topped with caramelized onions, ham, and gruyere cheese. You could say that it’s almost like a pizza. All you have to do is pop it and in the oven for 10 minutes and you’ve got yourself a delicious snack, appetizer, or dinner. This thing is so good that I always pick one up whenever I stop by Trader Joe’s.

I agree, it might not be the most healthiest thing to have, but it’s so good. Too bad some of my favorite things to eat fall into the same category.
It’s called “Flammekuech” in our germanic dialect or “Tarte Flambée” in French, it’s indeed delicious, and I’ll definitely be having some next week when I finaly go home to Strabourg (Alsace’s capital) to visit my parents ; I can’t wait !
