Sometimes you just have that favorite restaurant of yours that you always go to. You take your friends there. You take your family there. You even recommend it to everyone. I always keep one particular restaurant in mind when I’m out and about on Haight Street.
Cha Cha Cha is located in the Haight-Ashbury district of San Francisco, CA. This place shies away from fine dining and focuses more on having a more casual vibe. For one, this spot sells tapas, or small plates, along with their entrées. This creates an opportunity for you to try out many of their offerings without getting too full. Ordering and sharing your food with others creates a feeling of closeness. Out of all of the times I’ve ate here, I have always chose to order tapas over the entrées. Let’s not forget about their popular Sangria. Go ahead and try a pitcher. Pair Cha Cha Cha’s food with the Sangria and prepare yourself for a fun time.
My personal favorite dish at Cha Cha Cha is the Cajun Shrimp. Succulent shrimp is served soaked in a vibrant orange spicy cream sauce is set inside of a cast iron skillet. The taste of the sauce will draw you in. Prepare to ask for extra bread for this dish. My friends and I always use bread the soak up every last drip of the sauce.
Keep in mind that this place can get packed to the point where it’ll get loud. This isn’t an ideal restaurant to try and hold intimate conversations. Once you step inside, you’ll get that feeling right away. Just have fun. Sip on some Sangria and and relax.
It’s a spot for dates because…
The atmosphere is upbeat and has a feeling of fun surrounding it. If you want to dine at a casual spot, look no further than Cha Cha Cha.

The food and the Sangria Wine is Excellent!!!!!
